Papa Willy’s Traxion Tonic Race Sponsorship Requirements
At Papa Willy’s Traxion Tonic, we’re proud to support racers, tracks, and events that share our passion for competition, performance, and growing the RC racing community. To ensure a successful partnership for both parties, we’ve established the following requirements for race sponsorship consideration.
1. Advance Notice
All sponsorship requests must be submitted no less than four (4) months prior to the event date.
Race sponsorship requests should be emailed to papawillys59@gmail.com with the subject line: “Race Sponsorship – (Track Name or Event Name)”. This allows our team adequate time to review, plan, and allocate resources effectively.
2. Brand Visibility
Papa Willy’s Traxion Tonic must receive strong and consistent visibility across all event promotions. This includes:
• Race flyers
• Social media posts
• Event shirts (when applicable)
• Trophies (when applicable)
• Event streaming or broadcasts (when applicable)
Our logo should be clearly visible and professionally represented in all materials.
3. Event Recognition
As a sponsor, Papa Willy’s Traxion Tonic must be announced and recognized during the event. This includes verbal mentions by announcers or event staff to acknowledge our support.
4. On-Site Presence
When available, Papa Willy’s signage and/or banners must be displayed prominently at the event. This helps reinforce brand presence to racers, spectators, and viewers.
5. Product Sponsorship Documentation
If sponsorship is provided in the form of product, we require photos of the product being used or displayed at the event. This helps us showcase real-world use and support within the racing community.
6. Social Media Tagging
All social media posts related to the event must include tags to Papa Willy’s Traxion Tonic. This ensures proper exposure and allows us to engage with and share event content.
